The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the growth of the Change and Adoption (ACM) practice and delivery of quality projects to clients.

You will be responsible for bringing a laser focus in the area of Change Management and Adoption, putting the user at the centre of everything we do. This requires assessment of current pain points, the usability of proposed solutions and driving the communication and adoption for the critical ‘people side’ of technology rolled out to enterprises.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of change and adoption projects including:
  • Change Impact Assessments, developing User Personas and business scenario analysis
  • developing and preparing change strategy, contributing to the development, leading, and supporting of activities designed to effect culture change and meet alignment objectives
  • Conducting training needs analysis with key customer stakeholders articulating impacted groups, the training each group would require, and the plan for providing training.
  • Creating and tailoring of material for user guides and training collateral such as Videos, User Guides and drafting communication
  • Delivering training via multiple channels or liaise with external trainers.
  • Creating a positive perception of the change by developing messaging and techniques to respond to resistance, improve change willingness, and emphasize benefits.
  • Taking part in demos/roadshows at client sites in lead up to go-live or during launch
  • Engaging with end-users on client’s sites through analysis interviews, focus groups and during launch phase at Genius bar, or floor walking
  • Undertaking analysis and reporting of end-user survey responses on technology usage and ways of working
  • Involvement and facilitation of events such as Office 365 User Groups, Responsive Coffee or pre-sales – taking the lead on presentations and planning with internal senior stakeholders
  • Staying abreast of product changes to lead the enhancing of our collateral and internal knowledge, including running Brown Bags to keep our staff across latest functionality
  • Ongoing involvement in internal innovation of our approach and deliverables
  • Liaising with Project Managers through project lifecycle and light touch ownership of project resourcing and budget requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, e.g. Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online etc.
  • Understanding of PROSCI, PCI or similar change management methodologies desirable
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders, understanding business needs, running requirement workshops and documenting requirements
  • Experience facilitating discovery and training sessions
  • Consulting experience highly desirable
  • Proven experience creating custom user training collateral (User guides, videos, flyers)
  • Proven ability to work in a time sensitive environment
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile)

Certifications

  • PROSCI certified (highly desirable)
  • Microsoft Adoption Specialist Certification (desirable)
