The Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer who will be responsible for bringing a laser focus into the area of design thinking and putting the user at the center of everything that we do – designing creative and engaging visuals to help stakeholders understand how the solution will look and work.

You would sit within our Design team and work on a variety of projects – from client-focused engagements through to internal initiatives. Projects may span a mix of consulting, digital and physical design, video production and more.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for introducing innovative and market-leading creative thinking, ideation and design solutions to improve the creative offering for our clients. Design tasks will cover (but are not limited to):

Graphic Design

  • Campaigns – Promotional /Brand Activations
  • Persona designs
  • Key Visuals – logos, animations, illustrations
  • Marketing Communications
  • Branding
  • Motion graphics, video editing
  • Presentations templates/training pack visuals
  • Photoshopping/retouching

Digital

  • SharePoint design (Wireframes, prototypes)
  • UI Design
  • Web development – HTML, CSS

Product

  • Branding Merchandise and Apparel
  • Photoshop visualisation
  • Publications – brochures, user guides, posters, magazines

Photography

  • Photographic skills would be a huge plus.

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong Visual Communication skills and understanding of contemporary design trends.
  • Excellent Mac/Windows skills with a high level of proficiency and experience in the Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign. Also experience using other applications such as Figma, Miro & InVision.
  • High degree of design excellence and flair for corporate identity, communications layout, and typography.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and digital UI and UX.
  • Experience in art direction of photography/videography.
  • Understanding of website design and experience.
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and have a hands-on approach.
  • Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Passion and enthusiasm to drive the projects and make them your own.
